At Festa Rides, we aim to provide clear and accurate shipping information before you place your order. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Shipping Locations
Festa Rides currently ships to addresses within the United States.
If shipping to additional countries becomes available, eligible destinations will appear at checkout. Customers are responsible for making sure the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is successfully authorized and confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or a delay related to product availability, freight scheduling, weather, or carrier service, processing may take longer. If that happens, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided with your order.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
For some products or promotions, shipping may be offered at no additional charge. When free shipping applies, it will be clearly shown on the product page or at checkout.
Any applicable shipping charge, freight charge, handling charge, or delivery charge will be displayed before you place your order.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the type of product ordered, the shipping destination, and the carrier used.
Typical delivery estimates after dispatch are:
– Small parts, accessories, and standard parcel items: 3 to 7 business days
– Large, oversized, or freight-shipped items, including golf carts and certain batteries or vehicles: 7 to 21 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, routing, scheduling, or other factors outside our control.
5. Freight and Oversized Deliveries
Some products require freight delivery because of size, weight, or handling requirements.
For freight shipments:
– Delivery appointments may be required
– A signature may be required at delivery
– The customer must ensure the delivery address is accessible for the carrier
– Additional delivery limitations may apply to certain rural or restricted locations
If a product requires special delivery arrangements, we will contact you after the order is placed.
6. Tracking Information
When tracking is available, we will send shipment confirmation and tracking details to the email address provided with your order.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after the order has shipped.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship oversized freight items to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations where carrier access is not available.
Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to weight, hazardous material rules, battery transport regulations, or local delivery limitations.
8. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive as expected, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us review the issue quickly, please include:
– Your order number
– A description of the issue
– Photos of any shipping damage, if applicable
We will review the issue and work with the carrier and the customer to determine the next appropriate step.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is delayed, returned, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
